Try searching for 'delete account', 'close account', or 'deactivate' in settings.
Contact customer support directly. In GDPR regions, you have a legal right to data erasure.
Some services have a grace period. Wait 24–48 hours and try again.
If you're having trouble deleting your DonationAlerts account, here are some additional resources:
Go to your profile settings and click "Supprimer mon compte"
On the page "Mes informations", click on "Résilier mon compte". It will automatically re-enable sending documents trough your mailbox.
Select "Account related" as the problem category and "Request account deletion" as the problem item.
Account will not be deleted, just disabled. If you want that, click ‘Disable Account’ button. Check ‘Yes, I wish to disable my AZ MVD Now account.’. Click ‘Disable Account’
You have to request the deletion of your account by whatsapp. The phone number is +55 67 9217 8189 and it might take a few tries to get it done.
You have to contact them in order to ask to delete your account.
On your profile page, click on the arrow next to the "Edit" button, in the top right of your screen, then on "Delete my profile"
Profile ⮕ settings ⮕ delete account ⮕ confirm
In your profile preferences, click in 'Delete Account' then confirm.
Scroll down and click 'Forget all about me' and confirm.
Login to your account, go to profile, click 'Permanently Delete Account'. Confirm by entering 'I am sure' and click 'Delete Account'.
Enter your account password and click on 'DELETE ACCOUNT'.
Just need to check a box that you confirm deletion then submit. You must confirm deletion from the email you receive after submission.
Click on the 'Delete my account' button on your profile page.
