Try searching for 'delete account', 'close account', or 'deactivate' in settings.
Contact customer support directly. In GDPR regions, you have a legal right to data erasure.
Some services have a grace period. Wait 24–48 hours and try again.

In your account settings choose 'Remove my account' at the bottom.
Account deletion requires contacting Customer Support.
Click the 'Delete Account' tab. Enter your password and click 'Delete Account'. The usernames of deleted accounts cannot be reused.
Log in to your account and click 'Delete Account'. Confirm by entering your password and click 'OK'. You cannot delete your account via web.ankiapp.com - please visit join.ankiapp.com instead.
Visit the linked page, log in to your account, confirm your password and click "Remove Account".
For immediate account deletion, in Web/Mobile: Settings(⚙️) → Profile → Delete Account.
Go to the profile page, click the button to delete the account at the top right and confirm. Alternatively you can send and e-mail asking for the deletion.
Tell the chatbot 'I want to delete my account', which will give you the url.
Profile ⮕ settings ⮕ delete account ⮕ confirm
In your profile preferences, click in 'Delete Account' then confirm.
Scroll down and click 'Forget all about me' and confirm.
Login to your account, go to profile, click 'Permanently Delete Account'. Confirm by entering 'I am sure' and click 'Delete Account'.
Enter your account password and click on 'DELETE ACCOUNT'.
Just need to check a box that you confirm deletion then submit. You must confirm deletion from the email you receive after submission.
Click on the 'Delete my account' button on your profile page.
