You can't completely delete your account. On the account closure page, you are informed that after you closing your account, most of your data will be deleted from the system, however it's not specified which data will be kept and why. Closed accounts can also be reactivated at any time by the user.
Login to your account, go to your Settings, choose Tab 'Meine Einstellungen' and click on 'Konto löschen'

The account deletion page is very hard to find, there is no direct access to it on the website or Android app. I was only able to locate it through the iOS app. After submitting the deletion request, your account will be permanently deleted after 15 days. Please note that once your account is deleted, the email address you used previously cannot be reused to register again.
