If not using the app, needs to request deletion from customer services. Theoretically on the app there are options to delete account described in the FAQ.
On your account page, go to "Privacy and Security" and "Delete my account" then scroll down to click on "Delete my account". You will be asked to confirm through SMS or Email

After some hours of submitting the request their support representative will email you asking for your confirmation to have your decathlon account permanently deleted. Alternatively, you can email them.

On your account page, click on your account name, scroll down, and click on "Supprimer mon compte". Confirm you want to delete your account, a login prompt will ask for your email and password, and click on "Me Connecter".

The account deletion page is very hard to find, there is no direct access to it on the website or Android app. I was only able to locate it through the iOS app. After submitting the deletion request, your account will be permanently deleted after 15 days. Please note that once your account is deleted, the email address you used previously cannot be reused to register again.
