For account deletion requests or requests to remove all account information, submit the [Data Subject Rights Request form](https://ac.activehosted.com/f/2175). When asked "What would you like to initiate with us?" choose the option **"I want to be forgotten, and want my personal data erased"**.

Customer service is unable to delete accounts.

There is no option to delete accounts. Furthermore, their Privacy page includes an e-Mail address to redirect any inquiries, but it seems it has been left unattended, as no one answers it since, at least, 2018.
Account can only be closed, but not truly deleted.

You cannot delete your account by yourself. Apparently, they delete it automatically after a long period of inactivity but nothing in their website talks about it.
