Open a ticket on their chat requesting for your account to be deleted. They might reply first asking why, but will then proceed
1) Go to [the airbaltic page](https://www.airbaltic.com/en-LV/index). 2) Sign in to your airBaltic Club account. 3) Go to Profile section 'Edit profile'. 4) Click 'Close profile'.
On the linked page, click the 'Request to delete your account' button. Complete the form, then click 'Delete account'. You may receive a follow-up email to verify your identity.
Remove all funds from your account. Then go to settings in your account, click on the profile tab, and click close account.
There is a button on the site to delete your account, but you will never receive a confirmation email. Instead, you need to email them and request account deletion.
Go to the provided link, click on 'Kundenkonto entfernen', tick the checkbox for confirmation, and then click 'Entfernen'. After that, you will need to write an additional email to support to request the deletion of the rest of your data from their systems.

The account deletion page is very hard to find, there is no direct access to it on the website or Android app. I was only able to locate it through the iOS app. After submitting the deletion request, your account will be permanently deleted after 15 days. Please note that once your account is deleted, the email address you used previously cannot be reused to register again.
