NOW TV accounts cannot be deleted

Your account must remain inactive for an indeterminate amount of time before the remaining data will be removed 'in accordance with our group data retention and deletion policies'.

Create a new request, select the 'Reason For Contact' as 'Account Related' and then under 'Please choose the issue' select 'Close 7plus account'. Supply the appropriate email and name, then send the request.

To delete your account, go to your profile and click on the blue “Edit my profile” link to the right of your username. At the bottom right of the new page, you'll find a red “Delete my account” link. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your deletion request, followed by yet another e-mail indicating that your account will be deleted after 7 days.

There is no option to delete accounts. Furthermore, their Privacy page includes an e-Mail address to redirect any inquiries, but it seems it has been left unattended, as no one answers it since, at least, 2018.
Account can only be closed, but not truly deleted.
As noted on the forum, account removals are not an option.
