To delete your account, go to the Alibaba privacy center linked above, then click "Delete Account", enter "delete" in the text field, and click "Delete Account" again.
Scroll down, select a reason, tick the checkbox, click on "Close My Account" and follow the link in the confirmation e-mail.
You will not be able to reuse the email address on the account at the time of closure, but they appear to accept disposable email addresses. However, for accounts created prior to May 2017, there is also an Amazon Marketplace account with the same email. See the entry for Amazon to delete that account.

Account deletion can be requested from within ones account settings. It takes them up to 24 hours to process the request.
Depending on where you live you either need to select "Submit an EEA Data Request" or "Submit a CCPA Data Request".
According to their Privacy Policy, if you are a California or Virginia resident, you can email Axios about account deletion and they should delete your account and data.
They offer a "simple deletion" where your account will be dissociated with your email address, and a ["full data deletion"](https://trust.litmus.com/?itemUid=af8eb7bc-d4b7-4e13-a4b7-6f05e2744c22) for complete data deletion.
Myworkdayjobs.com is an HR service provided by [Workday](https://www.workday.com/). Account deletion settings are determined by the company. It should be easy to find under User Settings; if not, try contacting the privacy team at the company you applied to.
You have to contact Customer Support to delete your account, and provide your account username, support PIN, and reason why you would like to close your account. Customers with suspended accounts must first have them reinstated (by providing full government ID) before they can be deleted. Customers who reside in sanctioned countries (such as Russia) cannot delete their accounts at all until they provide proof of residency in a non-sanctioned country.
Deleting your account is only possible if an applicable government policy gives you the right to delete your account.
