Account deletion requires contacting Customer Support.

Contact the customer support via email and request to delete your account. You can only completely delete your account if you have not performed missions or have not made any money using the BeMyEye app, otherwise they will only deactivate it.

Fill out the form at the link provided and click Submit. Make sure to click Confirm Email in the email they send you.

Contact the customer support via email and request the deletion of your account. In order for them to identify your account, include your full name and Tax ID in your request.

There is no way to delete an account. Inactive accounts are deleted automatically after 15 months.

First, log in to your account and go to the [Administration Panel](https://cloud.geny.io/administration/), cancel your plan and remove all credit cards. After doing that, you can [submit a support ticket requesting the account deletion](https://support.genymotion.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000289657).

Either submit a request via the Gocatch support site or send an email to them and ask for your account to be permanently deleted (specify that you do not want it to be able to be reactivated at a later date). Although the information on the support page only mentions account 'deactivation', the company appears to honour requests for deletion.

You have to fill out a request form in order to get your account deleted.

Account ⮕ settings ⮕ Account Security ⮕ on Privacy protection menu choose Account Deletion ⮕ Verify your identity ⮕ Select a reason for account deletion ⮕ Check the box next to the Account Deletion Terms and Conditions agreement. You will receive a notification if the account deletion is successful. Beware Account deletion may be rejected if you still have ongoing transaction, or still have LazPaylater bill (if available in your country).

To get your account deleted, you have to contact their support via e-mail.

Send a request to the customer service team, including your account username or email address.

You have to send a privacy inquiry to get your data deleted. (It can take a few days)

To cancel your account, send an e-mail message request to the Parkmobile Help Desk at [email protected] and include your name, mobile number, license plate number, and/or the last 4 digits of the card we have on file for you. After the Help Desk cancels your account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message.

On your own, you can only disable your account in your profile settings. If you want to request its removal, you must contact support using the linked form, but they may ask you to confirm your identity.

From the dropdown select "I'd like to request to end my account" and then fill in and submit the form.
